We provided advice and support to The Standards Board for England during their move from London to Manchester.

Our HR experts have worked with the internal HR team to develop a range of policies and procedures to guide and support staff during the relocation and outplacement period. Our contribution further included the provision of one-to-one career counselling to staff and their partners to help them decide whether or not to make the move to Manchester.

 

W helped staff to identify their strengths, skills and values in order to set realistic career and life goals. This process enabled them to determine whether the move would be right for them personally. We were able to support them in developing an action plan to make the transition or to find alternative roles outside of the organisation.
