Business Analysis
Basis Business Analysis™ is our proprietary consultancy methodology. It is the commercial derivative of Soft Systems Methods (SSM) and is a proven transformation methodology. SSM is advocated by Office of Government Commerce (OGC) as being particularly suitable for designing public sector change. Basis Business Analysis™ was the first ever business analysis methodology accredited by the British Computer Society.

We normally adopt the MSP/PRINCE 2 methodologies as our means of managing programmes and projects to deliver high quality outcomes to time and budget. They are used extensively by the UK public sector and an increasing number of private sector multi-nationals.

Occupational Psychology

Our consultants are accredited and experienced in employing a wide range of psychometric instruments to raise personal awareness, generate insight and inform the development of positive behaviours and attitudes. These tools support our bespoke developmental interventions which include executive coaching, NLP, Action Learning Sets and leadership and management development programmes.
