Basis has worked in the defence sector for many years. Our involvement has principally been in the strategic design and change management of a number of high profile and business critical defence commands, organisations and agencies:

Design and development of a work and resource prioritisation system for UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO)
- Process and Establishment review of Permanent Joint Headquarters (PJHQ)
- Design of the business model for the single Royal Navy Headquarters merging CinC Fleet’s command with the Second Sea Lord’s command
- Facilitation of the design of the business model for the integrated Army Headquarters
- Design, launch and relocation of the Research Acquisition Organisation
- Development of an Activity Based Costing model for the Defence Geographic Intelligence Centre
- Design and launch of the Defence Communication Services Agency (now part of DE&S).
