New Projects…
- Working with a Primary Care Trust in the South West on reforming community services. Working with the management and staff to reconfigure the provision of community based care across a geography.
- Facilitation of a health community culture across two Primary Care Trusts and an Acute Trust in the South West to bring their perspectives together and establish new ways of working together in a more holistic health community approach.
- Working with a London Borough Council to instigate a SMART working initiative in several business functions. Helping the management and staff to deliver the full business benefits of a flexible working programme include working from home, performance management and property consolidation.
- Working with the Highways Agency to evaluate the effectiveness of training in enhancing the internal capabilities and existing training programmes of third party providers.
- Working with a NHS body, we are developing ground breaking tools to support the NHS in its strive for effective delivery and service enhancements on a national scale.
New Offices…
- The move into the new offices in Warwick House have been well received by staff and clients. The new office premises offers improved accessibility for clients and modern office facilities. Why not come and visit us and see?
Project Updates…
- The Flexible Deployment initiative,
which received praise in the capability reviews for contribution
to an advanced planning view of the Department for Transport, is
reaching fruition and our efforts are now being focussed more into
other external support for other clients interested in the same
solution.
