Our People…

We operate an employment model in which all of our consultants are permanent employees rather than associates – this enables us to ensure the quality of the outcomes we deliver. 

We are a multi disciplinary team comprising strategists, business analysts, HR professionals, occupational psychologists, programme and project managers, information systems professionals, executive coaches and NLP practitioners who address the hard and soft aspects of change to deliver complete, innovative new ways of working.

On these pages you can meet our Directors and our Heads of Practice who work closely with each other to deploy teams to projects as well as co-ordinating a team of consultants with professional skills in their subject areas.

They have responsibility for ensuring that clients receive the service they need from the appropriate consultant, and that the services for which they are responsible are continuously developed and refreshed.
