I joined the company at the start of 2007 having worked for a number of other management consultancies. I guess I was attracted by the genuine openness and attitude of the team, supported by the interesting business model that we offer. It really is quite different from other firms as there is not the constant high churn rate of consultants that other consultancies tend to suffer from, thus the feel of a settled and established team environment. I believe this to be an important strength of the firm.
There is a real focus on delivering high value to the client and very importantly for the clients to get to know us as individuals, as we have an interesting and lively bunch of personalities across the organisation. I am also impressed with the commitment to staff development where everyone is encouraged to widen their skills portfolio (Prince 2, Business Analysis etc.) which will ultimately help broaden the clients experience of working with us. So, has it been the right move for me – most definitely.
