I joined in 2006 after many years working in the Aerospace and Service industries where I spent the majority of my time specialising in delivering solutions to Information related problems to both public and private organisations.
What attracted me to the organisation was the friendly and open atmosphere that exists between all the staff plus the focus on each employee as an individual and their needs to ensure a good work: life balance.
In the time that I have been with the company I have learned a lot, in fact I think I am adding new skills every day; we are given full responsibility for our own development and because of this I am able to apply these new capabilities to provide the best possible service I can for our clients. This philosophy helps us as individuals and also benefits our clients, I think this is what makes us a management consultancy with a difference.
